Usually the path people follow is to build up gradual experience (usually through making a fool of themselves along the way) that gives them the confidence to continue. But how are you supposed to feel confident about anything when there’s no successful experiences to back you up? Honestly, how are you supposed to walk into your new job and feel like a boss when you have no idea what you’re doing?
